He is responsible for setting organizational strategy basis the vision, profitability and shareholder objectives. With successful stints at DHFL, Bajaj Finance, GE Money and Citigroup, Mr. Gainda has a strong track record of building businesses from scratch and managing complexities of scale with strong emphasis on sustained profitability. Mr. Gainda is an INSEAD alumnus and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from International Management Institute (IMI).
